Booking and contact forms: when you book an MOT, service or repair, or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle registration and the service you need. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, confirm and manage your booking, and contact you about work on your vehicle.

MOT checker: when you use our free MOT check tool, the vehicle registration you enter is sent to the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) MOT History service to retrieve the vehicle’s MOT status. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (pages visited, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with services needed to run this website and our bookings: our website hosting provider, the DVSA MOT History service (vehicle registrations only, for MOT checks) and Google Analytics (usage data). Booking details may be sent to our team by email or messaging services so we can respond quickly.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry details for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
